September has been a busy month St Francis Special School from our garden to the kitchen. The students have reaped the rewards of all their work before the summer holidays by harvesting their crops as ingredients for their recipes. Bernadette and her sous chefs have picked the tomatoes and garlic in the polytunnel to make the delicious passata for their pizzas. They have been keeping a watchful eye on the pumpkins in anticipation for our Halloween festivities.
