Art- In March everyone explored finger/hand/ brush painting, playdough spirals/ triskles and mixed media collage. JC was loving using the chalk to explore the spirals on the blackboard! There was lots of variety for Mothers Day art this month. Robert in the Oak Class was very focused when painting his bee on his Mother’s Day card.
The pupils also worked on our willow weave fence and added to the dead hedge. Josh and Buddy worked very hard in the poly tunnels with their SNA Donal. They done lots of digging to help plant the potatoes.
Cookery - Lots of fun was had by the pupils with Emma our 3rd year student Home Ec teacher. The pupils made pizza, fruit skewers, St.Patricks cup cakes, healthy and non healthy foods, cress egg heads and Easter nests.
